Ambitions for the future:

My biggest ambition for the future is to build FEITH London into a globally recognised and beloved brand that stands for inclusive luxury. I aim to expand our retail presence to key international markets beyond Southeast Asia, bringing our unique blend of European craftsmanship and accessible elegance to a wider audience. Ultimately, I want to create a brand that not only offers beautiful products but also forges a strong, supportive community, proving that you can build a successful and sustainable business while staying true to your values.

Describe your current role and what attracted you to it.

I am the founder of FEITH London, a mid-luxury fashion brand that redefines luxury through inclusive pricing and premium European craftsmanship. We specialise in exquisitely crafted women’s shoes and accessories, bridging the gap between luxury and value.

What’s your favourite part of the role?

My favourite part of my role is the profound human connection it brings. I have the incredible privilege of travelling to Europe, meeting the artisans who are the heart of our brand, and hearing their families' stories. There's a true joy in translating their generational skill and passion into beautiful products – before making it accessible to a wider audience. But the most rewarding part is seeing our customers discover a piece that not only looks amazing but also makes them feel empowered. It's about creating a brand that is deeply personal and authentic.

What has been your greatest career challenge to date and how did your experience and skills help overcome it?

The brand officially began in December 2019, right before the world was hit by the pandemic. Building a new brand while navigating the difficulties of a global crisis was incredibly challenging, and many times it felt like an impossible task. Today, the brand is not only a reality but is entering its exciting next phase of growth. This journey, from facing immense adversity to preparing for our London launch, is a testament to our resilience and commitment to a dream.

My journey has been testament to the fact that a Law degree can open many doors, even outside of the legal field. Since graduating from Warwick, I've leveraged the critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills I gained to build my own business. My legal education gave me the resilient mindset needed to navigate the complexities of entrepreneurship, from brand development to strategic planning and beyond. I am truly thankful for my time at Warwick.

What’s the best piece of advice you can offer?

My advice would be to trust the versatility of your degree and be open to unexpected paths. The skills and connections that you've developed at Warwick are incredibly valuable and transferable to any industry. Follow your passion and don't be afraid to pivot. Every experience, even a challenging one, is a stepping stone toward a fulfilling life and career.

What should current students or recent alumni be doing to move their careers forward?

A crucial step for any student, or recent alumni, is to get comfortable with embracing change and being adaptable. In today's world, the ability to pivot and learn new skills is more valuable than any single qualification. Don't be afraid to take risks! Your early career is the perfect time to explore different roles and industries. Every experience, whether it's a huge success or a learning opportunity, will move your career forward in meaningful ways. Don't be afraid of people saying no because those nos will take you to where you need to be.
