Your memories Neha Rajesh

MSc Marketing & Strategy, 2011
Like many of our alumni, Neha Rajesh (MSc Marketing & Strategy, 2011) has a Warwick love story - the kind that starts in a queue on her very first day on campus.
What’s your standout memory of Warwick?
My very first day of term, on a crisp Autumn day, I was queuing up at University House when I met a boy. Then, after all the times we spent at the library, Arts Centre, Copper Rooms, Terrace Bar, and Heronbank, we fell in love. Now we've been together for 14 years, and married for nine.
How would you sum up Warwick in the time that you were there and your generation of students?
Warwick changed my life! It was the first time I had moved out from my home and my country to discover living life on my own. From learning about marketing strategy to learning how to cook, it set me up for the career and life I have today. The campus is a beautiful bubble with its own quirks (hello geese) and special spots I will remember for life. The beautiful seasons on campus, essay-writing marathons in the library, Arts Centre & SU stewarding shifts, night at the Copper Rooms, food from the Chaplaincy, midnight supermarket runs, and learning from the most brilliant minds in the world - my Warwick experience was beautiful in every way.
What was the student culture like at Warwick, and were there any annual traditions, societies, sports clubs, or events that you remember?
I can never forget Skool Dayz .
Finish the sentence: Warwick influenced who I am today, because…
It made me stand on my own feet and learn about business as well as life.
