Why did you choose Warwick?
The friendly, community feeling of the campus and the quality and style of the teaching.
What are you doing now?
I am a Partner and Head of Early Talent at Feldon Dunsmore Solicitors in Warwick. After 7 years of fee-earning, I took a step back from client-facing transactional work and now focus on the recruitment, training, and development of early talent, along with providing professional support to the wider team.
What motivates you to do what you do?
Whilst fee-earning, I endeavoured to exceed client expectations and provide the best level of service that I could, striving to be the best I could be. Now, I am motivated by being part of a process which enables remarkable early talent to achieve their own personal aspirations and be the best they can be.
How has your time at Warwick influenced what you do now?
The practical and collaborative approach to learning at Warwick gave me a solid grounding to continue my professional training to qualify as a solicitor.
Favourite memory?
Personally – meeting my long-term partner, who I married last month! Professionally – graduating, knowing all the hard work had paid off.
