Delroy Beverley
Hon DSc
Delroy Beverley is a renowned anti-poverty campaigner who held senior positions within the local government and social housing sectors. Delroy is an alumnus of both Oxford and Cambridge Business Schools and as well as executive study at Warwick Business School. He was a member of the Joseph Rowntree Foundation Trust for many years and is currently Managing Director for York NHS Facilities Management Partnership. Delroy is passionate about young people, as well as issues surrounding poverty and race. In 2013, he was presented with a national diversity award through Science, Technology, Engineering, and Manufacturing (STEM)

Professor Jean-Pierre Bourguignon
Jean-Pierre Bourguignon is a French mathematician. His research concerns differential geometry and mathematical aspects of theoretical physics. A graduate from the French École Polytechnique, he holds a these d’État in Mathematical Sciences from University of Paris VII. He taught Mathematics at the École polytechnique for over 25 years and was also Director of the Institute of Advanced Scientific Studies. He is a former President of the Mathematics Society of France and the European Mathematical Society. He is also a former President of the European Research Council.

Professor Adi Shamir
Adi Shamir is an Israeli cryptographer and co-inventor of the Rivest–Shamir–Adleman (RSA) algorithm. A former researcher in computer science at Warwick, he has made numerous contributions to the fields of cryptography and computer science. He won the ACM Turing Award and was elected a Foreign Member of the Royal Society (ForMemRS) in 2018 for contribution to the improvement of natural knowledge. He was also made a Member of the American Philosophical Society in 2019.

Hon DLitt
Dr Peter Kent was headteacher of Lawrence Sheriff School in Rugby from 1999 until his retirement in 2021. Throughout his 23 years as headteacher, the school was ranked outstanding by Ofsted. In 2019 he became President of the International Confederation of Principals, and in this role, he works with school leaders globally, as well as governments and international organisations. Peter worked part-time for the UK National College for School Leadership for several years and was President of the Association of School and College Leaders (ASCL).

Debbie Isitt
Debbie Isitt is a BAFTA and Emmy award winning writer and director of film, television, and theatre. She started her career in theatre, going on to make several successful films, including the blockbuster Nativity franchise. The films have also spawned a hit stage adaptation, currently in it’s fourth year. Debbie’s latest film, Christmas on Mistletoe Farm, enjoyed a global release last month on Netflix.

Professor Sir Ralf Speth is Chairman of TVS Motor Company, Director of Tata Sons, and a former CEO of Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), now serving as a Non-Executive Director and Vice Chairman. An honorary professor at Warwick Manufacturing Group, he has been closely connected with WMG since he studied for his PhD there. In 2019 he received KBE for services to the automotive industry. He is Fellow of the Royal Society and Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering.

Patrick Dunne is a Visiting Professor at Cranfield School of Management, and an Associate Fellow at Warwick Business School. He has extensive experience of working with boards globally. He, he has helped Chairpeople to transform the effectiveness of their boards through his current role as Chair of board consultancy Boardelta and wrote the award winning ‘Boards’.
Patrick has a passion for education and was a board member at the University of Warwick from 2006 to 2015. He has extensive experience of developing social enterprises, most notably improving English and Maths teaching for 750,000 schoolchildren across Africa through the Warwick in Africa foundation that he set up in 2006.

Professor Sir Martyn Poliakoff FREng FRS

Professor Sir Martyn Poliakoff is a renowned chemist. He studied at King's College, Cambridge and has lectured at universities including Newcastle and Nottingham. He is a Vice-President and Fellow of the Royal Society, of the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) and of the Institution of Chemical Engineers. He was awarded a CBE for services to sciences and awarded his knighthood for services to the chemical sciences in 2015. Since 2008, Sir Martyn has been presented the Periodic Table of Videos YouTube channel, which has over 1.5 million subscribers.

John Hung
John Hung is a senior partner at Deloitte Asia Pacific. During his 35-year career with Deloitte he has gained extensive management experience including a role as Vice Chairman of Deloitte China. John practiced as a civil and structural engineer in Hong Kong and London before joining Deloitte in 1987 where he trained as a Chartered Accountant.
John has strong interests in leadership development and executive coaching. He chairs the of Warwick Business School Alumni program in China and Hong Kong.
