What motivates you to do what you do?
Passion for making Warwick the best place to work.
How has your time at Warwick influenced what you do now?
After completing my Master’s, I found myself exploring different career paths, driven by a desire to make a positive impact while staying rooted in the thriving Midlands. I made the move into public relations, where I could help tell stories about environmental work, before returning to Warwick to work in marketing for WMG. It was here that I saw first-hand the incredible technologies being developed to support planetary preservation.
After five years of building my marketing expertise, it became clear that my strongest motivation lay in creating fairer, more inclusive environments. This led me to step sideways into a dedicated EDI role, allowing me to focus my energy on work that aligns closely with my values and passion for meaningful change.
Why did you choose Warwick?
It's a beautiful area that contains so much knowledge. I wanted to be where all the cutting-edge action was happening.

That it is so diverse!
