PAIS: Opportunities to Volunteer – New Modules on International Development, Public Policy and Public Affairs

New Module on International Development Practice

We are excited to introduce a new undergraduate module, ‘International Development in Action: Practical Skills for Impact’, designed to equip 3rd year students with the practical skills and tools to drive meaningful change in the field of international development. As we shape this module, we would love to hear from alumni with relevant experience who may be interested in contributing. Whether through guest lectures, case studies, or mentorship, your insights could be invaluable in enriching students' learning experiences. If you have expertise in international development and an interest in getting involved, please reach out to the module director, .

New modules in Public Policy and Public Affairs

Colleagues in PAIS are proposing new modules in public policy and public affairs from next year to help our students develop practical skills in campaigning, advocacy and communication. If you have experience with public affairs in Europe or have worked in any of the parliaments of the UK or been involved in lobbying the work of elected representatives in any of those institutions and would be interested in giving a guest talk to students or participating in a panel either in person or online, (Europe) and (UK) would be delighted to hear from you.
