Recruitment in Development and Alumni Engagement
Welcome to the Development and Alumni Engagement team. We're looking for inspiring and motivating individuals to help us drive our ambitious fundraising campaigns.
Warwick is spending £1.2 billion to get ready for the breakthroughs and discoveries that will advance human welfare in the second half of the 21st Century.
We’re building a community like no other with our alumni and friends and we want you to be part of our plans. Development and Alumni Engagement is growing: between 2023 and 2026 we will recruit 65 new team members.
We've recently been recognised in the 2024 Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) Circle of Excellence Awards winning a Best in Europe Award in the ‘Leadership/Talent Management’ category as a result of our innovative approach to recruitment and retention.
In addition to the Higher Education and charity sectors, we’re keen on people with lateral experiences, so if you’ve held roles in hospitality, sales, estate agencies or similar, we may be your next career move.
We work with the biggest philanthropists in the world (Principal Gifts), establish lifelong relationships (Alumni Engagement), and ensure donors have the best experiences possible (Donor Relations), to name only a few of our teams. At Warwick, all of our teams are growing, and we’d be delighted to hear from you (even if you just fancy a chat).
We think meeting our kind and friendly team is one of the best reasons you should join us, so on these pages you’ll find some of their stories and get a sense of our culture.
We can’t wait to hear from you!
