Please note, however, that our telephone line will not be manned while the office is closed but voicemail will be monitored.
For those renewing alumni swipecards, these will be processed in the usual way. We are currently unable to print any alumni swipecards so if you are applying for a new or replacement card, there will be a delay in these being sent to you.
During the current situation, the number of people on campus has had to be restricted and access to University buildings is being strictly controlled. We are unable to offer alumni access to University buildings at the present time as priority has been given to current students and a small number of essential staff.
We are also unable to collect any post arriving in the office so please do contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org if possible.
Please ensure that you upload a head and shoulder style photograph (include your full name in the file name) in the format of PNG, JPG or JPEG. The photo measurements must be 2 x 2 inches.
Please allow two weeks for delivery. Unfortunately this can take longer depending on local postal services.
