What does International Women’s Day mean to you?

A day to celebrate the unique power women have and remind ourselves of the incredible accomplishments and progress we have made!

What do you think is the biggest challenge women are facing today?

I still feel like the modern woman still faces the same challenge women have faced for hundreds of years, finding the balance between work and family life. As well as trying to build new ladders within systems which have often been instituted with patriarchal structures.

What advice would you give to female students and alumnae?

Your voice, story and experiences truly matter.

Is there a woman you look to for inspiration?

My mother for sure!

What did you love about studying at Warwick?

My course, the lecturers and the people I've met!
