Contribute to our "now and then" project

The Early Modern Forum would like to invite both students and academics to contribute to our "now and then" project. "Now and Then" offers reflections upon contemporary issues in their early modern context. These podcasts should be 10-45 minutes in length, can take the format of monologues or discussions, and participants from our partner universities (including Warwick) will be rewarded with £50 (per podcast).

If you would be interested in contributing to this project, or would like to suggest a contemporary theme/issue which we could investigate in a series of podcasts, please complete the form below and e-mail it to Tom Colville T dot M dot Colville at warwick dot ac dot uk

corruption "now and then"

At the moment, we are compiling a series of "now and then" discussion on corruption, to which contributions are particularly welcome. Corruption, which is the focus for an IAS Network at Warwick and a subject of intrinsic interest to a wide range of people, provides an ideal theme with which to start our project. We are, therefore, initially looking for podcasts based upon your own research in the area- for instance discussing specific instances of corruption, its changing meaning across time and/or space, the use of corruption as a metaphor or thematic in works of literature, and the interconnections between different types of corruption. If you feel you could contribute to this series please complete the form above and e-mail it to David.
