PGR Desk Space Booking Trial
In Term 2 of 2023/2024 the History Department will be running a trial desk space booking system for PG Research students.
Five desk spaces in Cluster C will be available to book, and the remaining desks will be available on a first come, first serve basis as usual.
Notes
- As we have limited desk space available, please only book desk spaces for the times/days that you know you will be using it so that we can get maximum use from the space.
- Whilst Cluster C is card access, we would recommend not leaving valuables out on the desks.
- Lockers are available for storing personal items, please contact Emma Russell to book a locker and arrange to collect a key.

Feedback
We would really appreciate your views on the cluster C study space! There has been a lot of discussion about spaces in the SSLC tea break and it would be really helpful for students to give us an idea of the best use of the space.
Do you like the idea of having some bookable desks, or do you prefer the first come/first serve format?
What facilities (e.g. monitors, partitions, desktop computers) do you think could improve the space?
