This summer Universitas Brawijaya (UB) Indonesia participated in collaborative student community service (SCS) together with ITB, UGM and the ENHANCE project. This year the collaborative SCS has taken place in Ciroyom village, Tasikmalaya regency of West Java.

COVID-19 has changed the world in all aspects. In Vietnam, COVID-19 has forced the educational system to quickly adapt to the new situation. Digital transition is the key measure to mitigate challenges when social distancing is applied and traditional face-to-face teaching is dangerous for public health. Recognizing the difficulties of organizing online teaching and learning, HCMUT focuses on training its academic staff about teaching techniques and assessment in online environment.

After the success of our summer series of workshops, Project ENHANCE will be hosting a second series of 5 virtual workshops on aspects of innovative and effective teaching and learning.

ENHANCE virtual workshops are designed to support and develop higher education teaching professionals who wish to improve their programmes and curricula via integration of innovative teaching and learning strategies. The workshops are open to our partners, their colleagues and our broader network. While our project focuses on engineering and the integration of humanitarian engineering principles within curricula, we welcome practitioners from all fields.
