CSC Postgraduate prize for Engineering Student
Mr Salvatore Cosseddu, an Engineering PhD student has been awarded the CSC Postgraduate Prize for presenting an outstanding Talk at the Centre for Scientific Computing Postgraduate Research Day.
Prof. Phil Mawby takes part in Parliamentary Energy Meeting
The IPT breakfast on UK energy on 18 January was hosted in the House of Commons by Lord Oxburgh KBE. The discussion focussed on the question of how to encourage the investment to upgrade the UK’s energy infrastructure whilst decarbonising the economy and doing it at a price that end-users are willing or able to pay.
