Tuition fees
Tuition fees are payable for each year of your course at the start of the academic year, or at the start of your course, if later. Academic fees cover the cost of tuition, examinations and registration and some student amenities. Research course fees are band 2.

Project Description:
This project involves machine learning to predict new materials and/or develop existing materials for advancement in materials properties and manufacturing capability. This project is open to more than one student, as the problem statement is looking into different materials such as Metal (Steel and Aluminium/Magnesium). Student will get the opportunity to interact with top university academics and industry colleagues for this project which does give student opportunity to network and develop their academic profile in collaborative papers. We are looking for student with a strong keen an interest in Materials Science for Engineering Applications.
Scholarship:
The award will cover the full payment of tuition fees, plus a maintenance stipend paid at the prevailing UKRI rate for 3.5 years of full-time study.
Eligibility:
- Apply for a PhD at the University of Warwick to begin in October 2025;
