Ahmad Johari Mohamad has worked with Universiti Malaysia Pahang in the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering for over 12 years. He graduated from Warwick University as a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering in 2001, and with a Master’s degree from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn, Malaysia in 2004. Currently, Ahmad Johari is writing up his thesis for a PhD degree in Warwick University, UK.
His research interest is in the areas of surface fabrication, analysis and biotechnology. His currents work is focusing on the effect of surface characteristics (surface roughness and wettability) on the bacterial adhesion. He has developed strong skills in research , has published papers in journals and presented research results at international conferences in UK, Malaysia and Korea. Apart from that, Johari is actively participated in UMP’s research activities and also involved in the university’s managerial task and the development of the human capital. He has received internal/national research grants (RDU1310007/RDU090335/RDU070329).
