This form is for students who have returned from their 22/23 placement year. Please provide any feedback you can on the process pre-placement, during, and post-placement.

The form also includes question regarding your tutor engagement, agreement to poster display and the opportunity to apply to become a Placement Champion for the School of Life Sciences.
