How we work
Our Athena SWAN initiatives are led by our Self-Assessment Team (SAT) and supported by our fabulous Athena SWAN Champions across 14 sub-groups. In addition, we have colleagues working on several innovative 'beacon activities" including Women's Health, CPR, and 'Bereavement".
The SAT and sub-groups include academic, clinical and administrative staff of all grades, as well as undergraduate and postgraduate students from across all of our divisions.
