WMS Inclusive Education Resource Hub

Inclusive Education Resource Hub

Tools & resources to create environments for all students to thrive

As part of our IE co-creation activities, a small project team in Summer 2024 pulled together our initial webpages to serve as a hub for Inclusive Education. The aim is to bring together resources and information developed by colleagues whether in-house or externally, that might be useful for those who teach and/or support learning at Warwick Medical School. These pages are in their infancy, and we would like colleagues and students to collaborate on build on these over time. For now, you will find some initial resources to support our school-wide efforts to promote inclusive education.

In each section, we have shared checklists that you may find helpful to complete periodically, to help you reflect on your teaching practice/ areas of work with respect to inclusive practice. The domains below are drawn from the Inclusive Education Framework (IEF)Link opens in a new window (QAA/Hull partnership project). The checklist should refer you to some resources that you might find useful.

We would like to thank the team of WMS students who worked hard to create and develop these pages as part of a co-creation project to share their lived experiences pertaining to matters of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Justice and Education. You will find some of the resources that have been made by student EDIJ facilitators in the 'Bitesize EDIJ' page.
