'Bitesize' EDIJ

Understanding Identity, Power, and Inclusion through Lived Experiences

The following resources have been created by WMS students to draw out some concepts discussed in the full Student-Led Staff EDIJ training. These resources use MS Sway, and some contain videos created by student EDIJ facilitators. Each resource offers a window into the lived realities of our diverse student community, offering both educational insights and calls to action for fostering inclusivity and understanding. Each topic is deeply personal and reflective of some of the real challenges that our students face in navigating identity, privilege, and inclusion during the course of their studies. By exploring these stories and insights, you can expect to gain a deeper understanding of the complexities of intersectionality, power dynamics, and the importance of inclusive practices. We hope to build on and expand on these resources over time. If you are interested in contributing, reach out to wmsinclusiveducation@warwick.ac.uk
