Abstract: I will present three topics.

(1) How the bloody brain barrier might be overcome better at the right time of day. Lessons from in vitro models.
(2) How to keep the rhythm in isolation? Simple suggestions to keep your clocks ticking.
(3) How to take advantage of BMS’ the recently acquired InVivo Imaging capabilities.
