Mindful Eating with Dr Dean Howes

Come along to find out how the principles and practices of mindfulness can be applied to eating and many other aspects of our daily lives. In the session we will discuss some of the fundamental principles of contemporary mindfulness before engaging a mindful eating practice*. Then we will reflect upon the experience and discuss how mindfulness may help to bring greater presence, clarity and wellbeing to our everyday experiences too.

*Please have something to eat with you for this practice. Foods that have a variety of textures, flavours and colours work best.
