Anti-Racist Pedagogy and Process Conference Programme
The conference will be a platform for educators, researchers, and activists to come together and share their knowledge, experiences, and strategies to address racism in educational settings. It will provide a forum for critical discussions, workshops, and presentations that will challenge and inspire us to advance anti-racist processes in our communities.

Title: Approaches to Challenging Racism
Presenters: Prof Olanrewaju Sorinola and Dr Imogen Davies
In this workshop we will set the context of racism and the contemporary effects of race in our current teaching practices. We will discuss our experiences and the impact of racism on students.
We will engage participants to discuss strategies and skills to intervene in situations and support people affected by racism including having difficult conversations about racism in your workplace.
