Ambassadors for Better Research Culture

Who are ABRC?

The ‘Ambassadors for Better Research Culture’ (ABRC) was founded in 2019 by a group of WMS early career researchers, with the overarching aim to improve the research environment for the wellbeing of ourselves and our colleagues. We believe that everyone should be able to thrive in the research environment.

As of 2026-27, we are supported by the Biomedical Sciences Directorate (WMS) and the School of Life Sciences to provide activities to sustain and promote the community of researchers and allied staff in Warwick Medical School, the School of Life Sciences, and others based at Gibbet Hill.
