Research Interests
My job includes both teaching and clinical work. First, I am a consultant psychiatrist specialising in medical psychotherapy: I work with a specialist Nutrition team with the NHS. Second, I am also a principal clinical teaching fellow at Warwick Medical School. In this role, I am the academic lead for Personal & Professional Development, Deputy Senior Tutor for phase III students, and academic lead for the ePortfolio.
My research and academic interests include lifestyle and preventive medicine, wellbeing, the longterm effects of childhood adversity, and managing chronic conditions.
