Experienced medical educationalist, Director of Education Quality, Warwick Medical School, leading quality assurance and enhancement of WMS medical and healthcare education provision, including MBChB, undergraduate and postgraduate provision. SFHEA and Warwick International Higher Education Academy Fellow Winner of Association for Study of Medical Education (ASME) Educator Innovation Award (2022) I have educator experience in higher education and medical education at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. I have a range of academic interests including education quality assurance and enhancement, professional education and identity formation, and qualitative and pedagogical research. Educator on Masters in Medical Education programme at Warwick Medical School and have contributed to other modules on this established masters programme. Here, I design and deliver large and small group face-to-face and online teaching and student tutorials. I have experience of assessment and feedback at masters level on a range of modules. I support students in both learning and assessment preparation, and in managing academic study in the context of professional career demands, through provision of pastoral support and guidance.
