Why did you pick BSc Health and Medical Sciences?
The course is really well rounded and incorporated my love for natural and social sciences, while linking them both. When applying I felt that it allowed me to have a well-rounded understanding as you learn from a cellular basis to a societal basis.
Why did you choose Warwick?
Warwick is a good university and isn’t too far or too close to London.
How have you found the course so far?
The course is really interesting. It offers you a vast amount of knowledge and will probably be the first time you learn through certain ways.
How have you found the change from College/Sixth Form to University?
The workload is significantly more at university and you’re in charge of how you do it.
What have you enjoyed the most about the course so far?
In terms of learning area, it would be genes and human disease. And in terms of structural aspect, it would be case based learning sessions as you get to apply your learning.
Do you have an idea what you would like to do when you graduate?
I’m not sure yet, but maybe something to do with public health.
Do you have any advice for people applying for the course?
Do all your work and lectures on time but not too fast so that you’re still enjoying the content.
Finally, what three words would you use to describe your experience of studying at WMS?
Wide-ranging, thorough and interesting.
