Jacob Lange: Hammerthrow Medal Winner

Jacob competes at national competitions at Hammer Throw, and has ranked as high as 7th nationally for his age group.

He has represented Warwick at the British University and College Sport (BUCS) competition and been awarded a Silver Medal.

Ollie Burton: Vlogger

Ollie has his own blogging website based on Medical School and his application process, aimed to help others when applying.
He creates regular video content about life at Medical School; with 11k followers, and his videos reaching as many as 17k views, his youtube channel is a popular one.

His vlogging has crelated opportunities to work with organisations including the MDU (Medical Defence Union), ASME (Association for Study of Medical Education) and Brainbook charity.

Sarah Zurub: Singles Figure Skater

Sarah skates competitively for the International School of Skating; managing to fit more than seven hours a week of training around her medical studies.

Her biggest achievement to date is winning a Silver Medal at the British Adult Nationals, but she continues to push herself with more and more complicated routines.

Jamie Simpson: Competitive Fencer

Jamie is currently ranked 67th in men’s epee in the UK and in the top 1000 in the world. During his studies at Warwick, he has travelled to Australia to compete in the 2018 Commonwealth Fencing Championships.

As well as competing internationally, he captained the Warwick team to win the BUCS fencing league and fencing trophy.
