Telephone and Video Consulting

In preparation for the students returning to their placements after the lock-down the group provided training in telephone and video consulting via MS Teams. Every student in the 2nd and 3rd year had an opportunity to practice and were very grateful for the opportunity to practice- particularly as many of them felt a little "rusty" having been off for several months. Thanks to everyone who participated sharing their own experiences and simulating others. It was a great opportunity for students to reflect on the advantages and disadvantages of being able to physically see a patient and to learn how to manage this new way of working.
