If you are travelling by train, there are various rail stations that are easily accessed from campus. We recommend you travel to Coventry train station.
If you are travelling by train, please do not travel to Warwick train station, this is approximately 8.4 miles from the University campus. The University is not in Warwick town.
If you choose to travel by bus, the University campus has regular bus services. It is most likely that if you are travelling from outside Coventry, you will need to take a National Express / Stagecoach (or similar) service to Coventry City Centre. From there, you can take any of the highlighted bus routes from Coventry and get off at the Interchange on central campus.
If you are travelling by taxi, the main location is to be dropped at the taxi rank next to the bus interchange. Our campus borders Coventry City and Warwickshire and this can impact what you are charged by taxi.
You can easily reach us from all major airports in the UK. The two regional airports are Birmingham and East Midlands, but you can also reach us if you arrive in to London airports. Once you've arrived at the airport, you will need to take public transport to reach the University campus.
We have a variety of car parks on our University campus. If you plan to drive, please let us know at cuwip2025@warwick.ac.uk so that we can arrange parking for you. We also offer accessible parking for blue badge holders.
Please let us know the dates and times you plan to park as well as your car registration if you have this beforehand. If you don't know the car registration beforehand, please let us know you wish to book parking and we can confirm the registration closer to the time. Please note, car parks can get busy on campus and spaces can be limited.
There are lots of activities available on campus during your stay like heading to our sports centre, visiting the Arts Centre or doing one of our campus walking trails. Find out more about activities on campus.
