Congratulations on securing your space at the 2025 Conference for Undergraduate Women and Non-Binary Physicists at the University of Warwick. You should now have paid your registration fee of £35 and selected your preferred sessions. Please note, we will try to allocate everyone their preferred session where we can.

Jack Martin accommodation

Accommodation

All conference delegates will stay in our student accommodation. All rooms will be single with en-suite bathrooms. Although we aim to place all delegates in the same accommodation blocks, please note other rooms in the building may be used by other conference delegates, so please be mindful of other guests.

Breakfast will be served at Rootes restaurant between 07.00-09.00.

Useful spaces

Throughout the duration of the conference, there will be a variety of quiet rooms available nearby. A larger communal quiet room will be available (MAS 2.05/2.06) and a smaller room for individual use (MAS 2.03) should people need it.

You can also visit our Chaplaincy at any time. Please collect a card to enter the Chaplaincy from the CUWiP information desk.

All toilets are all near to the conference rooms and will be signposted throughout the conference.

Our campus

There are plenty of different activities you can enjoy during your free time whilst staying on our campus like our sculpture trail, using our sports and wellness hub, visiting our Arts Centre Link opens in a new windowor trying out our food and drink outlets.

There are a variety of activities on campus, but you could also visit Coventry, Birmingham, Kenilworth, Royal Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon or Warwick should you wish to explore the surrounding areas in your own time.
