Please check on the funder website for details. *** EUREKA invites proposals for its Celtic-Next call. This supports bottom-up projects concerning the societal trends and needs, commercial opportunities and technological challenges in our global society. Projects may cover a broad range of areas within the field of telecommunications and ICT, but projects should focus on applications and services serving vertical sectors such as: •content – video and gaming; •e-health; •smart cities; •agriculture; •mobility; •energy; •automotive; •e-commerce; •industry and manufacturing. Each project must involve at least two partners from two different EUREKA countries, of which one must be a EUREKA member country and one either a EUREKA member country or a EUREKA associated country. Applications are open to large industries as well as SMEs, universities and research organisations. Companies outside EUREKA countries may also apply. Funding varies according to national funding rules and research priorities, but typically ranges from €1 million to over €70 million. Projects may last between 24 and 36 months.
