Astronomy meets the Arts Competition -- Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to your entry for the 'Astronomy meets the Arts' competition

 

Entry to competition is subject to these terms and conditions set out hereunder. Please speak to a member of staff or email us at Thomas dot Millichamp at warwick dot ac dot uk if you require further clarification.

To enter the competition, all entries must be received via the online form with either the submitted material either uploaded or posted to us directly to the Department of Physics.

 

How to enter:

The competition will run from 07:00am on Wednesday 11th September 2019 (the “Opening Date”) to 11:59pm on Friday 15th November 2019 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.

All entries for the competition must be received by the Department of Physics by no later than 11:59pm on the Closing Date. Any entries received after the Closing Date will automatically be disqualified and will not be considered. Entries will not be returned. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

 

Eligibility:

The competition is open for participants of any age. Participants must be a resident of the United Kingdom at the time of their submission.

There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted (except where a parent/guardian is sending their child's entry) and joint entries are not allowed. Entries submitted in breach of these terms and conditions will automatically be void.

The decision of the Department of Physics is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

By submitting your entry you confirm that this is your original work.
