Prof. Bill Murray

Research Interests:

The study of the physics of the TeV scale : Understanding the interactions and properties of the Higgs boson using the ATLAS detector at LHC, and searches for new physics especially dark matter.

I am also interested in future high-energy colliders, especially the Future Circular Colliders concept at CERN or China, a project to build a high energy electron storage ring in a 50-100km circumference tunnel, followed by a super-LHC in the same ring.

Currently teaching PX274 experimental particle physics.
