MAKING PAYMENT

Please complete the form below, ensuring that you select the course for which you have an offer, and including the email address you used on your course application and your Warwick ID number.

If you experience difficulties making your deposit payment, you may need to try a couple of times before your card is accepted. If you continue experiencing difficulties, please email wmgadmissions@warwick.ac.uk for advice.

REFUND POLICY

By paying a deposit you are reserving your place on a course. This is only refundable in specific circumstances, such as not being able to secure your student visa for study.

Please note that we will not refund the deposit if you do not meet your English conditions so you should take an IELTS or equivalent test as early as possible.

Requests for a refund for any other reason must be made in writing and will be considered by the Admissions Panel on an individual basis. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information.

SPONSORED STUDENTS

You do not need to pay a deposit if you are a sponsored student, i.e. if you are having your tuition fees paid by a recognised third-party sponsor such as the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Chevening or Commonwealth scholars), an overseas government, or a charity. Instead, you should complete this deposit exemption form.

ACCEPTING YOUR OFFER

You still need to accept your offer officially (in addition to paying a deposit). Please follow the instructions in your offer letter to accept your offer. This is essential as it confirms that you agree to the University Terms and Conditions.

If you are a sponsored student, please do not submit this form. Instead, click here to complete this form for sponsored students to request exemption from paying the deposit.
