If you have been informed that you have been awarded your Degree you should also have been contacted by the Degree Congregation Team.
They will email you an information pack that includes details of your ceremony and how to register.
Your ceremony will take place in the Butterworth Hall, Warwick Arts Centre, at 11.00 am on Thursday 22nd January 2026 (you and your guests MUST be seated by 10.30 am).
Your information pack will contain brief details, and you are instructed to visit their web page for full details and follow the instructions for completion of the online registration form. It is important that you register online to confirm your details.

Lunch
In recognition of your achievements, WMG would like to invite you to a seated hot buffet lunch after the ceremony. We would like to welcome you for a sit-down lunch at Scarman at 1:00pm.
You and one personal guest can attend the lunch free of charge and children are also free of charge. Additional guests are welcome to accompany you to the lunch. However, we request you pay a contribution of £15.00 per person for additional guests over the age of 16 years.
Places are limited, therefore please complete the lunch registration form as soon as possible and by 4.00pm Monday 19th January 2026 at the latest.
Payment for additional guests must be made in advance of the event at the time of registering for lunch places using the online form. We are unable to accept payment on the day.
