The Universities and Colleges Employers Association (UCEA) have published a paper in response to a number of the AUT’s claims about the Framework Agreement over university pay scales.

All of the trade unions represented at Warwick University have signed the Framework Agreement with the exception of the AUT, who are seeking clarification of a number of points at national level.

Consequently, the agreed pay-increases effective from 1st August 2003 have not been implemented for Academic and Related staff (all other staff received the pay increase in November, see related news story: 'Pay Rise' 21/11/03 )

The University will continue to provide further updates as the dispute with the AUT progresses.
