Data Integrity & Reporting

Working closely with IDG and Warwick Data Labs to provide accurate student records data for HESA Data Futures and Individualised Learner Records (ILR). Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve data quality, e.g. through data validation and assurance controls.

Continuous Improvements

Providing support to the constituent teams of Student Administrative Services in delivering continuous improvements to policy, procedure, and systems.

Collaborative Courses

Managing student records for collaborative courses with non-standard administrative procedures, such as:

• Degree apprenticeships

• London Film School
• University College Birmingham

Digital Resources & Communications

Developing digital tools and communications that help our staff, students and external stakeholders to access, understand and use Student Administrative Services effectively.
