Accurate student records are essential to enable crucial aspects of the work of the University and to ensure a quality student experience.

We achieve this by:

  • maintaining accurate records within the University’s student records system and external agency databases;
  • giving advice and guidance to departments and students on all matters connected to the students’ status;
  • working together with staff throughout the University to deliver a consistent, effective and efficient service.
