The nature of Rootes is such that there is always somebody you can be socialising with. Rootes is a sociable accommodation, but you don’t have to be. There is no pressure to socialise, everything is quite relaxed, and you can truly be yourself because you’re bound to find people you get on with here.

- Rootes Residence has some small standard rooms which have the same facilities but are slightly smaller than a standard room. If you are allocated to a small standard room type, your accommodation costs will be slightly less.
Campus Living
The majority of first-year undergraduates - along with a small community of postgraduate students - live on campus. It’s a great way to meet like-minded people, build new friendships, and stay just a short walk from your lectures and Warwick’s excellent facilities, as you settle into university life.
