Who is it for?

 

 


This workshop is for anyone who would like help to begin addressing eating distress; whether this be over-eating, irregular eating, restriction or general preoccupation, guilt or discomfort around food. 


  

Content


In this session you will cover:

  • What is eating distress?
  • How eating distress impacts on you and your life.
  • Developing useful techniques in managing eating distress.

Further sessions will cover:

  • Body imagine
  • Food and Well being
  • Making change

 

What will I get out of this?

 



By the end of the session you will have gained an understanding of:

  • Your own eating distress
  • Causes of eating distress
  • Skills and knowledge to begin to manage eating distress
