Please submit a PDF version of your thesis, together with completed Library Declaration and Deposit Agreement and evidence that a hard bound thesis has been ordered from Warwick Print or an external printing service.

For minor/major corrections, your revised thesis should be submitted directly to your examiners in the first instance.

We will confirm receipt of your thesis by email.

Printed thesis

You are also required to provide a printed version of your thesis. Please note when completing the order form you should specify Library Binding. The pages of your thesis should be stitched along the spine for longevity and therefore we are unable to accept bindings which have the pages bound by any other means, such as glue only. Further details of the hard-binding specifications are available in Appendix B of the Guide to Examinations of Higher Degrees by Research.

If you would prefer to use an external printing service you can deliver your thesis directly to the Library Helpdesk in person or via post to Library Helpdesk, University of Warwick Library, Gibbet Hill Road, Coventry CV4 7AL.

Please ensure that you are logged in before completing the form.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you fully complete the Library Declaration Form and Deposit Agreement and submit this with your final thesis. Your submission cannot be accepted without the form and can lead to delays. Please note the date that to be used on your final thesis is the month and year of your first submission (prior to viva).
