A46 closure: 8pm Friday 11 April - 6am Thursday 1 May
Balfour Beatty VINCI are working, in partnership with HS2 and National Highways, to construct the A46 box structure which will carry the new HS2 line under the A46 near Kenilworth. To support this, the A46 Kenilworth Bypass will be closed for up to 3 weeks. The closure period will be:
From 8pm on Friday 11 April until 6am Thursday 1 May 2025
A clearly signed diversion route will be in place over this period with advance signage in place to help remind motorists of the closure.

Partial restriction of Lynchgate Car Park - Monday 14th April - Friday 2nd May
From Monday 14th April - Friday 2nd May, the top 3 floors of the Lynchgate car parkLink opens in a new window will be designated for Balfour Beatty VINCI approved contractors only. Alternative parking is available on the lower levels.

Gas pipe diversion for STEM: Thursday 10th - Friday 11th April
From Thursday 10th April - Friday 11th April, an existing gas pipeline located at the corner of Lord Bhattacharyya Way (opposite the Lord Bhattacharyya Building) will be diverted and safely purged as part of planned works.
During this process, there may be a noticeable smell of gas in the air around the STEM site. Please be assured that this is expected and part of a controlled and safe purge of the pipeline in preparation for its removal. There is no cause for concern.

Data duct repairs - Millburn House car park: Wednesday 2nd April - Friday 11th April
From Wednesday 2nd April - Friday 11th April, urgent repairs will be carried out on the existing data duct near the entrance of Millburn House car park. Car park access will remain open with only half of the car park access road undergoing excavation at any one time. Please follow all signage provided by the contractor. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Temporary Closure of Argent Court Car Park : 29th-30th March
On Saturday 29th March - Sunday 30th March, the Argent Court car parkLink opens in a new window (including the Annex delivery area) will be closed to support repainting the car park line markings. Please ensure all vehicles (including fleet vehicles) have vacated this car park before this date.
