Jenny has responsibility for the Corporate Finance function of the University including advising the University on complex corporate transactions, strategy and external funding arrangements.

Jenny originally joined the University in 2005 as a consultant to advise the University on a number of strategic corporate arrangements and became the full time Head of Corporate Finance during 2007. She was appointed Director, Corporate Finance during 2012.

Prior to her time at Warwick, Jenny was the Partner and Head of Corporate Finance in the Midlands for Numerica plc and prior to that Jenny was Director and Head of Corporate Finance for Arthur Anderson based in Cambridge. Jenny qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Price Waterhouse in Birmingham and is a graduate of the University of Warwick Business School.
