Here is the presentation you asked me to forward to you.

  2. Browse to the file space containing the file you wish to send.
  3. Select the checkbox next to the file you wish to send:

    Select file to send

  4. To send an entire folder, select the folder name at the left-hand side. (You don't need to select any checkboxes for the files within that folder.)
  5. Select Send in the menu bar.
  6. In the Send window, use the radio buttons to specify whether the recipient is a person at the University, a web group or an external email address:

    Send files options

    • A Warwick person – type several letters of their name to see suggested matches, then select the person from the list. The name and email address are then added to the Recipients list.
    • Web group – type several letters of the group name, then choose the group from the list of matches.
    • Email address – type the email address in the box.
  7. If necessary, repeat step 6 to add more recipients.
  8. Optionally, add a message to the recipients.
  9. If you wish to know when a recipient downloads the file, select the checkbox Email me when downloaded.
