Lexis+ UK Practical Guidance
Lexis+ UK is a leading law database used in both academic and legal practice in the UK. Law students need excellent legal research skills for success in both their academic studies and future employment. Join Breeyana McIntosh, a LexisNexis trainer, for an online demonstration of the Lexis+ UK law database and the opportunity to take the Lexis+ UK Practical Guidance Certification. Learn how to find legal guidance materials including overviews, practice notes, and standard forms and precedents using the Lexis+ UK database.
The Lexis+ UK Practical Guidance Certification is an online test of your ability to use the Lexis+ UK database. Students who successfully complete the test will receive a certificate which can enhance their CV and provide evidence of legal research and digital literacy skills to future employers. It can also contribute to the Warwick Award. This session is ideal for second and final year undergraduate law students but open to anyone with an interest in law and legal research.
