Foundations for Wellbeing: Keeping Active

Join us for our drop-in sessions in postgrad study spaces to take a short break and learn some of the best ways to maintain your wellbeing!

Take a break to grab a free tea or coffee and speak to us, along with a member of Wellbeing Support Services and one of our Postgrad Mentors.

This week we'll be looking at the importance of staying active, and suggesting some simple things you can incorporate into your day in order to do so.
