You will be able to upload your attendance forms when you have fully enrolled at Warwick University and have been given your @warwick email address.
Learning Agreements MUST BE confirmed by your academic department (this can be identified on your offer letter). Please ask them to sign your form when you have confirmed your module plan. PLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD YOUR LEARNING AGREEMENT HERE. If your home University requires a signature from the 'Institutional Erasmus+ co-ordinator' please upload the form here when it has been verified by your academic department at the University of Warwick.
Departure forms - we CANNOT sign forms more than 5 days before your leaving/departure date or the end of term. If you are leaving before the end of term, please state your departure date in the comments box.
All forms will be signed electronically by the Student Mobility Team and returned to you via your Warwick email address.
