Wellbeing provision - independent clinician sessions available
As part of the enhanced wellbeing resource available for all those affected by the recent events surrounding the group chat, we have appointed an independent psychologist, Karen Mead, to provide individual sessions for those who would prefer to speak to a clinician not connected to the University.
Wellbeing Support Services moving to Senate House
In response to your feedback, Wellbeing Support Services are moving to Senate House in January 2019. Moving to the heart of campus is just one feature of integrating our Wellbeing provision, along with introducing a new online system to make it easier for students to access the support they need. The system will be in place from the Spring Term and can be accessed via the Wellbeing Support Services website.
Deadlines to confirm exam arrangements with disability services
If you have a disability that could affect your performance in examinations you need to make contact with disability services to confirm arrangements.
The deadlines for confirming exam arrangements for 2018/19 are:
- For December, January and March exams: Wednesday 21st November
- For April, May and June exams: Wednesday, 6th March

Review of Personal Tutoring
Following last year’s review of personal tutoring, improvements to this important system have been made to help ensure students get the most out of personal tutoring - including training for Tutors, a Code of Practice and new student support resources such as meeting checklists and links to development opportunities.
PGRs - join research project exploring personality and wellbeing
We have secured funding from the Office for Students to undertake research within the Warwick PGR community to uncover how personality insights might be used to support students’ mental health and wellbeing. Places are limited, but those who secure a space will have the opportunity to discover more about their personality, mental health and wellbeing, as well as participate in a diverse range of fun and creative activities.
