Warwick Presents... Halloween edition! In collaboration with Warwick Sport, we ran for our lives away from some seriously scary zombies! A massive THANK YOU to all of our zombies, who scared us half to death, and of course everyone who took part.

Eurovision Song Contest

A big crowd of people on the piazza, watching Cosmos perform. Festival flags and bunting can be seen in the distance.

Wow, what a fantastic turnout! We think up to 3,000 of you turned up to celebrate Eurovision and we absolutely loved seeing you all having so much fun. In fact we wouldn't CHA-CHA-CHA-change a thing.. (OK, maybe the clean-up?).

Our teams had 24 hours to write, direct, edit and produce a 3 minute 30 seconds long film.

Holi Colour Party

Popularised in films and music videos, Holi is the Hindu colour festival to welcome spring. Even the snow couldn't hold back 300 students from the wonders of technicolour and, as you'd expect, the photos are a joy to behold.

Pancake Mardi Gras

The start of Lent is celebrated in different ways around the world, from Pancake Day in the UK, to Mardi Gras in New Orleans and Carnival in Brazil and parts of Europe. We brought all these celebrations together under one roof and the results were flipping fabulous!

Lunar New Year

We were delighted to see so many of you celebrate Lunar New Year with us! We nearly deafened ourselves with firecrackers, roared at the lion dancers, brushed up our calligraphy skills and made a sweet wish at the Wishing Tree.

16 bands battled it out for one trophy - best band and the winners are.. Nos Da!

Thanksgiving Lunch

This year we are most grateful for being able to see all of your wonderful faces on campus.

We gathered with North American students to enjoy Thanksgiving Lunch at the Dirty Duck.

The Apprentice Challenge

Inspired loosely by the BBC favourite 'The Apprentice', this team building game, brought to you by Escape Live, teammates to the test to try and beat the world-famous boardroom!

One Night of Wander

An astronaut, talking bins, lasers and a celebrity cat - a true night of wonder and wander.

Crystal Maze Challenge

To the Aztec Zone! Teams competed on campus in crystal maze style challenges, including the infamous crystal dome.

Take 24

A Spring Term Welcome 2022 event, this film festival saw teams compete to make their own micro-short film in just 24 hours!

Spring Term Cook Off

Teams of students competed in Spring Term 2022 to make the most deliciously instagrammable meals.

Inflatable Day

A fun, action packed 2 days of sports activities with a 600ft obstacle course, inflatable volleyball, inflatable dodgeball and inflatable table football.

Warwick SULink opens in a new window

With over 250 societies, over 65 sports clubs plus associations, community hubs and the SU Advice Centre, there are so many ways to connect with the SU. Whether you are looking to try new things, make some friends or need support - the SU are here to help!

Music Centre

With no music degree at Warwick, everything at the Music Centre is done just for fun. Join a musical society in any genre, sign up for private tuition or simply book a practice room.

Warwick Active Programme

From learning to swim, to rock up and play football to joining a league, there are lots of ways to get involved with sport at Warwick, blow off some steam and meet new people!

Widening Participation Student Network

This Network aims to provide current students from widening participation (WP) backgrounds, the chance to meet peers, share experiences and find out about opportunities that are available to you. Check the criteria for your eligibility before joining.

Green Champions

Do you want to learn about sustainability and find out more about what’s being done to improve the University’s environmental performance?

Do you fancy getting involved and helping to make positive changes across the University community?

Sign up to be a Green Champion! This network is open to all Staff, PGR and students who want to help make our University environment and community a greener, healthier, happier place to live, work and study.

Residential Community Team

The RCT's goal is to build a safe and welcoming community for all students living in on-campus residences and create a sense of belonging.

Throughout the year RCT host a variety of free events for you to enjoy, so keep an eye on your residency webpage or our Instagram (RCT_Warwickuni) for what's on!

Breaking EggsLink opens in a new window

Warwick Arts Centre aim to support the next generation of artists and arts audiences and have had some incredible collaborations with students and societies in the past. Now they're looking to make it easier for more students to share their emerging ideas and talent.

Breaking Eggs will support up to two student collaboration events per term. Submissions are only accepted from Warwick students, events can take the shape of performances, workshops, talks, screenings and more.

Staff Networks

Staff Groups Involved in Social Inclusion

There are a wide range of staff networks and many are also open to PhD students.

BAME, Carers, Digital Accessibility, Disabled, Diversity Book Club, Jewish, LGBTQU+, Menopause, Part-time Staff, Stand with Ukraine, Support for parents/carers of neurodivergent young people, Working Parents.

Early Career Staff Network

This new group (established June 2022) is solely focused on meeting and socialising with fellow early career staff members at Warwick who are a few years in or starting out in their careers. PhD students are also welcome.
