Warwick Business School: MSc Spotlight on Strategy
Session hosted by Warwick Business School.
This session introduces the concept of Open Strategy, which challenges the traditional view of strategy as a closed, top-down process. We will look at how inclusion and transparency are shaping strategy-making in practice, explore examples from organizations such as Siemens and Barclays, and discuss the opportunities and challenges that come with opening up your strategy.
